VTECH BABY WALKER - PROBLEMS

has anyone else experienced this walker falling ontop of baby when he pulls up on it? or wheels slipping and baby falling onto it?! just got a new one but not very impressed!

Have you got the activity centre still attached?

We've had no problems, dd loves it.
