Thanks for that - we are threatening legal action at the moment so small claims court here we come! The disgrace is that TLF have been getting away with this for years despite many people seeming to report them to Trading Standards etc. I've actually written to Watchdog about them too so hopefully someone will do something! In the meantime people, stay clear !
