Looking for a waterproof & warm jacket that doesn't look like a ski jacket.

I need a new jacket that is both very warm and waterproof. And I mean properly waterproof not water resistant. I've looked in sports shops as I thought walking/ski wear would be the best thing but the problem is they are so bulky I feel really uncomfortable. Can anyone recommend a jacket that fits these requirements? Would prefer to pay under £75 if possible so I know barbours are out .

Have you tried www.LandsEnd.com. They do this sort of stuff. I was looking at their Squall Parka recently for this very reason.

Actually just had a look and love the windfall jacket but just can't afford to pay £90. Should also say I would prefer a proper hood that stays out all the time rather than the stowaway kind.

This Joules one is for horse riding and doesn't look at all bulky. It's a little over £75...
