I like the look of the P&T but wouldn't know where to start, also they are abit on the expensive side.

Are they actually any good for a newborn?

ANy other recommendations will be welcome.

TIA

My daughter used the Bertini Steerable shuttle with attachable toddler seat. actually we hoping to sell it so if you think it might be suitable post on this thread and I'll give you contact details.

We think it's a fab pram for babies and toddlers, and were always stoppedby other parents when we were out and about.

Thanks EM, I'll just go off and google it.

This is the one we bought as we had space issues, It folds up really small for small boots and where inside space is a problem. This was for a newborn and 22 months. My two are now 16 months and 3 years and we still use it every now and then.

Thanks MrsGokWan, that looks really good and the price isn't too bad either.

If you can stretch to the phil and teds and there should be some bargains in the new year on ebay when everyone's credit card bills hit the doormat then I would go for that one.
I tried lots in my quest for the perfect pram and we kept coming back to it.
The Bertini is great if you have loads of room and walk everyhwhere but it's not the easiest pram to store or put in the boot. The Maclaren twin traveller is great but heavy to push when the babies get bigger.

The phil and teds is great. I would try and keep an eye on ebay for a bargin.

We got ours here and its the cheapest place for a new one.

I loved my Out'n'About DoubleNipper for 12 month old and new baby: They sat/lay next to each other, it is light and foldable/unfoldable with one hand whilst holding baby on hip - this was crucial for me as I was often out with the 2 of them on my own. It also fits through standard doorways and into boot of car (Audi A4). When they were older they used to sit and chat or hold hands, awwww!! And at time hit chunks out of each other... Lots of these are now available 2nd hand and on ebay. Look out for "360degree" with front swivel wheel.

Come to think of it: I could sell you mine

I have had a good look around and I think I am gonna stick with the P&T. Thanks for all of your suggestions and advice
