I took my (what I thought was a fabulous) iron back to Argos this week because smoke started coming out of the base, apparently the second one they had back this week with the problem.
The lady in Argos was raving about her Karcher iron, she said you don't even have to put the clothes on an ironing board, you just put them on a hanging and 'swish' the iron over it and done!
