Anyone going to Ikea soon - that I could ask a HUGE favour of?

I bought some lovely cushions in the summer and now I'd like the matching curtains - but Glasgow and Edinburgh have stopped that colour. Some of the English branches are still showing stock of them - but they won't do a swap to my store - or post them out to me.

They're £53 each and I need 2 lots of them - anyone going in this weekend that could pick them up for me and post them on - I could paypal or send cheque or straight into bank??

Maybe you can check to see if they have them at Wembley branch and see if they will offer delivery (even to my addy if not yours) and I will happily post on to you when receive them.

Thanks lecohen - are they more flexible at that branch about home delivery? I tried Gateshead and they said no.

I'll give them a phone in the morning - when they may be less stressed and more accomodating.

Could you try to find a mn'r in the areas they deliver online to?

These curtains come up as 'not available for online purchase' - I presume that isn't location dependant??

That's what I get for leaving the buying of them till the last minute - they had loads in Glasgow over the summer!

You can't get curtains delivered from anywhere - it's only large items (the sort of thing you use the instore delivery service for) Which curtains are they? I can check tonight which stores have them in stock, if any (I work there btw)

I am going on the 24th, if that is any good to you? happy to pick them up if in stock - it will be the Warrington branch.

Ok well drop me a line and let me know what they are, how many you want etc. It's the 28th not the 24th (have checked diary). I wonder whether you could reserve them by phone so I could just pick them up for you?
