Is there a quality but cheaper alternative to JoJo Maman Bebe £34 polartec Snowsuits??

DS3 just grown out of his 12/18 been scouring ebay etc but none in his size really, really want one but not sure i can convince dh to splash out £34!!!

Is there an alternative? I don't like the hugely padded ones, these are just right thick/warmness and i like the fold over cuffs to keep his hands warm!

Suggestions for a desperate mummy??

I've also been looking for snowsuits recently, but unlike you I prefer the padded ones. In my various searchings I came across a John Lewis Spot blue/white fleece one for £12 (18-24m on their website). It does not have fold over mittens.
I bought a Boden one to tide me over while waiting for a Catimini one, but these are padded. I've also ordered a John Lewis fake fur footmuff, so will have all bases covered.

Oh Nicola, that was one of my best buys. Had it for my two babies and has kept another two warm and still looks great.

this was recommended to me as a good budget buy, the boys colour is red with navy arms, i want one but not red and dont think pink would work for ds!

We had a number of Keela "waterbugs" when dd was small but never had a snugbug, so I can' comment on fit etc.

thanks these look fab, shame i've already bought a jojo one but im wondering whether to get one as a spare for ds3 or even one for ds2 who's 3!
