Toy amplifying microphone?

I would like to buy one of these for my daughter - can anyone suggest one that actually amplifies the voice rather then just distorts it - saw lovely one on a stand in ELC but didn't think the sound on it was that great. Thanks

Tesco sell one and asda ..only a few quid iir.

Obviuously not like a real microphone BUT still provides hours of entertainment..

DS has a few and loves them!

The echoey ones, you mean? Woolworths have them for a couple of quid.

Why would you want to make your child louder??

LOL SD...Ours were bought by the gp's .... a bit of "revenge" me thinks

Now, something that reduced any sound they make to a muffled squeak and I'd be there like a shot, waving my credit card.

I remember a couple of days after DS was born, the midwife came to visit, and DS was having a good cry at the time. She spotted one of these microphones and held it up to his mouth - was v funny at the time (I must still have been v hormonal because it doesn't sound that hilarious now ).
