Has anyone used this company? I ordered a mattress topper for my Mum's birthday for them last week but couldn't tell if my transaction had gone through. Tried to call them but they say thye're having problems with their phones but have had no reply to my e mail. Starting to panic that there's a reason they were so much cheaper than other places...
