try primigi. go to a good independent local shoe shop when kids are at school so they are nice and quiet and you should get a better selection. my ds3 is also widefooted so i know how hard it is he's 16m.

I found kickers boots to be fairly generous width wise.

I have had real probs getting shoes for my baby who is over an H fitting and her older sister who was an H at the same age. They need shoes that are as soft as possible at this age, kickers are not all that wide, but they are also very rigid so better for a much older child. The best I have found if your childs feet are deep as well as wide are compagnucci.Angulus are good for older kids.Startrite are a bit stiff in the styles that go up to an H unless your child has small enough feet to still wear the pre-walkers.I get my shoes from the red shoes in crouch end, they are really good at fitting and now I no longer live in London they post stuff out to me.Prepare to spend all your child benefit on shoes, they cost the earth unless you are an average size.It drives me bonkers actually.
