This set: long link

If so is there a fake vomit in it?

There isn't in the one we've got.

There's blood, cockroach, poo, slime... probably a spider...

No vomit.

Phew! Thanks Pea, shall pop into Argos and get it tomorrow.

What age is it good for? Teenagers?

I saw it on Amazon, but I think it was about £20. Is it worth it?

PeaMcLean · 16/11/2008 22:43

We made a mistake in buying it for DS who's 7. The magic element was really beyond him, though he enjoyed the grossness of it. I could have done without it.

I'd say it's not worth it tbh, unless the kid is really prepared to sit down and try the tricks. otherwise it's just a box of gross plastic tat.

MrsMuddle · 17/11/2008 22:01

Thanks. I thought it might be. You've just saved me £20.

Oh, b*&&^r! Bought it for DS2 (7) last week. Is the magic complicated?

PeaMcLean · 18/11/2008 20:12

Mostly too complicated for DS to fathom on his own and I sure as hell wasn't going to sit down and help him work out how to make the snot disappear.

And it depends on how entertaining you find the poo in the toilet trick. Now it's there, now it's not! Cue DS laughing like a drain. For the 20th time.

Still got the receipt???

horsemadgal · 21/11/2008 13:53

Well I did go and buy it, but returned it today!! Don't think I could bear it on Christmas morning.
Think I'll just get some of the individual ones on eBay.
