Jane Slalom Pro Wheels problem

Hi anyone had a slalom recently with wheel problems? I recieved one last Tues and found rear wheel twanged when turning as if spring inside was catching or winding up. Front wheel was very stiff to turn and felt like it was grinding on the bearings. Didn't want to fiddle too much in case I broke something nad invalidated the repair or something.
Have I just not adjusted something? Can this be fixed simply? Anyone had experience?
I have contacted the supplier for advice but they said they were waiting to hear from their supplier. That was on Tues and no word since then despite more e-mails from me and messages on answer machine. I e-mailed them this morning to say I wanted to return now but am loathe to pack it all up again [if indeed I can fit it all in the box. It was packed together like a puzzle].

Can't help but bumping for you.

We had to have the front wheel on ours replaced after about 4 months (got stiff, then fell off - something broke but I can't remember what).

It hasn't come from 2leftfeet has it? Not responding to emails and messages sounds like them, ime .

Mine came from there (wasn't an MNer at the time and didn'l know how awful they were). I ended up taking it in at a very busy time (Sunday lunchtime) and making a scene (albeit a polite one ) and they replaced the wheel there and then.

Thanks for response. I got mine from Babyzoop. I researched on here first and there were positive stories and negative-mainly about customer services. i think the front wheel is more to do with the headset [?] the bit that moves around. If so it would need whole pushchair replaced.

Ah, ignore my twitterins about TLF then.

Can you go into their shop (St Neot's, I think?), or are they too far away?
Their customer service seems to have gone a bit off the boil of late, imo. They used to be fantastic.

Too far-no car.
I found recommendations to speak to Tiffany who seemed to know what she was on about but there is only answering machine on.
