vynal collectors???

Hi, this might be a strange question...i saw a car sticker today that said 'vynal collectors have 12 inches' or something similar. i would like to get one for my bil - i don't suppose anyone knows where i could find one????

yes! i knew it looked wrong as i wrote it and normally very precious about spelling etc, but decided that you'd all know what i meant!
