Is there such a thing as a toy steering wheel which isn't all-singing-all-dancing?

DSs really enjoy setting up their tables and chairs to make cars/buses and instead of giving them a plate each to use a steering wheel I was hoping to find them each a plain toy steering wheel ie. without the indicators/wing mirrors/flashing lights that they normally come with.
I've had a Google but haven't come across anything like it. Am I searching for something that doesn't exist?
I don't really care what it's made of, rubber/plastic/wood, that doesn't matter, just that it's small and manageable (DS2 is 2yo).
Thanks in advance.

How about the steering wheel for the Wii, but without the Wiimote (thats the remote control bit that goes with the Wii)
It is white plastic, costs about 10 dollars so less than that in pounds.

The Wiimote is the bit in the middle that looks like a remote control. Not included.

We used frisbees as steering wheels until we got the Wii. They still enjoy driving a pretend bus though!

That's genius. I didn't even think of that. It might help convince DH that we should get a Wii too.
Thanks for that.
