A simple cordless phone please

Help! In the past few years every cordless phone we've had goes dead after a while.
I'm determined to buy a reliable one.
What one have you got that you'd recommend?

I have this and its fab. We bought it over 2 years ago and it cost £30 - I see you can get it for about £10 now.

The answerphone is great. I have dropped it a few times and it still works perfectly. Would defo recommend it.
