Why wont my Tesco discount code work?????

Why does my online shop accept my code, but then when I put payment details in it says sorry It cant be used????

have you tried a different one. Is yours lighting up red at the top when it says you cannot use it? Maybe its not the correct dates, or been used by too many people.

its lighting up green,with a tick saying thankyou.
It shows discount, but then after I confirm payment it goes red and says sorry it csnt be used

It did it last week too, I tried loads of codes that all came up as valid.
Never happened before.

not sure whatg that means then if it has done that. I would email customer service they are pretty good and will always let you use vouchers another time or refund if you have had a problem. They may email you another code to use instead but always wroth getting in touch as i find them realy helpful.

funnily enough i have just looked at the tesco codes topic on MN and someone has had the same problem as you and has emailed them to ask why so keep an eye on that topic for replies.

Think I read somewhere last week that someone had complained to tesco that there codes didnt work.
tesco replied that it was fraud to use codes that have not been sent direct;ly to you.
