Aaaargh i have ordered a double duvet by mistake and i need a king size!

Can you not order another, king size one, and then return the double?

but it's going to cost me a fortune in postage and it was a half-pricer.

Oh, bugger. Can you contact the company you've bought it from and ask them if you can change the order? Has it been sent out yet?

good idea, but actually i've phoned them and they said not to worry, they'll swap it and it'll only cost a few quid as she can sort it so they pick up the old one when they bring the new one. EXCELLENT customer service, am very pleased. seriously, if anyone's in the market for a duvet, the one i have here is gorgeous.
