Where can I get a half decent chea doll and pram for my 2YO DS?

the fold up stroller that ELC do for around a fiver is fantastic and kids love it

we got a lovely pram in mothercare last year for until £20 and it'll do my daughter for years

asda's worth a look for a cheap doll
