Has anyone used BabyZoop.co.uk?

They have the Maxi Cosi Priori XP for about £30 less than Mothercare etc but I've never heard of/used them before.

Got my P+T from them, they're up the road from me in the next big town. Thought they were ok as they took back the first pushchair they sold as the frame was bent. Unfortunately I had problems with customer service, couldn't figure out the doubles raincover had used it when pushchair was in singles mode, fit fine etc. When I used it in doubles mode I thought it might have been the wrong raincover as it was v. tight to fit, took it back to the shop to get them to show me, the sales assistant couldn't figure it out either, got told to come back the next day and speak to the boss. Went back and got spoken to really badly, instead of explaining to me how it worked he implied I was a bit stupid that I couldn't figure it out. The pushchair was a good price but aftersales was shockingly bad and I won't be going back!!
