Very boring thread about diaries and personal organisers

I need a new diary for next year, ideally A5-ish (210mm x 105mm) and day-to-view. I would quite like a personal organiser as I tend to stick extra bits of paper into my diary, and every now and then they all fall out. I've had a look at Filofax but they all seem to be week-to-view.

Anybody seen any pretty ones that have lots of space?

Filofax do various diary refills, including a few day-to-page ones, any good?

Oh, thank you flowery. Do you have a filofax then? Do you like it? Are they worth the mucho moolah?

I love my Franklin Covey organiser. I feel at peace when I can see it.

Oh yes, they do look nice PJ. Can you buy them in shops or only online?

I bought mine online. You can get pretty pages I think. A colleague had sunflowers on her pages once. Mine are just plain, but it's lasted five years. (with new inserts, obviously).

Yes I have a filofax and love it, certainly thinks it's worth the price as although mine's fairly new, I'm expecting it to last me for years.

Hi PJ those look nice as well, never heard of Franklin Covey before.

I've had a Filofax for 8 1/2 years and it still looks great. I like that I can get all sorts of different inserts (usually have week to view, plus year planner to plan travel, plus note sheets and a calculator), and that I can stuff things into it.

Thank you all. I think I'll take the plunge with Franklin Covey. (PJ, do you know whether it's compatible with Filofax inserts?)

No I don't think it is. Although I guess it would depend on the size - mine is A5 and has seven rings down the middle.
