Krupps coffee pod thingys

Just got one of these Krupps coffee machines and love it but am a bit at the price of the pod refills - does anyone have a cheap supplier or offer code for somewhere and also do any other cheaper brands fit it? I ask for the world i know!

No. We have one and you have to order the pods from the official source and there aren't any cheapo alternatives that I've found... I've actually pondered trying to refill the pods myself with coffee from a bag, but can't see a way to do it.

So I've tried to change my outlook - the coffee is amazing, and it's still much much cheaper than going to starbucks etc. Also we have cut down on coffee a bit - I have two a day max but as they are strong espressos I don't need any more.

Someoe at work suggested home bargains get them in or vouchers in asda booklets for free ones or money off. I am 1 to 2 a day only so agree with your theory though am relaising the laxative qualities of fine coffee! lol! Most visitors will get the mellow birds though!

Snowleopard apparently in the halloween edition of the asda mag inthe back there was a voucher for a free box of the pods - sadly i have missed the boat! The voucher lasts till end dec so if you know anyone with a mag hanging about worth having. I am hopeful a few thousand mumsnetters have a voucher and keep us stocked up for life! - no oh well nevermind lol!
