I've heard so much about it (especially here on Mumsnet ) that I think I want to try one. But a, its so expensive and b, in the shop it was classified as one for more experienced users, which I'm defenitely not!

Have been a single mum fir 2 years now so its certainly been well used.... I claim it is stress relief..... woking full time and having a toddler to bring up on my own. Not sure if I need an excuse though? I just like it!

hatsoff · 11/03/2005 21:08

if it's as good as claimed - do dps/dhs get jealous??

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 21:13

I got this after splitting up with ex but prospective partner has mentioned an interest in watching .... though I am not sure about that one. My ex p was so useless i used to get it out and pretend I was trying to turn him on.... really I was doing it to satisfy myself!!!! I used to have Totem Pole one but the wires broke.... the rabbit is wire free!!!!

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 21:17

...you know your a selfish mum when you have to pinch the battery out of DS remote control car when the batteries of your Rabbit have worn out !!!!!

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 21:19

Actually laughing out loud here because I did once pinch batteries out of dds toy microphone. My neighbour offered me her rechargeable ones and said i could borrow her charger whenever I needed it ..... yeh right..... ummm hi can I borrow your charger cos my batteries need charging!!! Like it wouldnt be obvious what I had been up to! LOL

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 21:23

Hatsoff, I've never used mine with DH, he knows that I have one but has never mentioned it, so use is limited until he goes away (quite regularly fortunately !!!) Tiredbunny, how did you approach using yours with partner....by the way I did replace the batteries !!!! (wink)

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 21:25

My ex was just interested I suppose..... just asked him if he wanted to see it. Maybe you should leave it lying around or just suggest doing something a bit different and get him to use it on you???!!! But take care they get a bit rough and it hurts!!!!

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 21:26

I am really shy normally LOL

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 21:30

My DH is quite "proper" I can imagine his response..."Good Lord darling, what on earth is the thing at the front for ....." I would probably pmsl, but that wouldn't do any harm either

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 21:32

Go for it!! Have you been together long.....? I would just get him in the mood and then bring it out and surprise him!!!!!

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 21:56

sorry, got distracted by thread "induce or not to induce" that's the great thing about mumsnet the variety. Talking of variety, yep, been together 10 (or is it 11) years far too comfortable with each other, both always knackered from working, running businesses and looking after ds (4) and dd (2)....might take it on hols with us in a few weeks time, though can imagine American customs officer asking me to explain what it is !!!!!

huggybear · 11/03/2005 21:59

My advert has been moved to the classified 'small buisness' section. Im sorry prettycandles i cant do links maybe someone else can?

stuwartC- it depends whos used it

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 22:00

Very funny!!! Good idea to take it away.... holidays are dangerous though.... thats when my dd 3 happened!!! Obviously ithe rabbit was redundant when that happened!

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 22:02

be in BIG trouble if fell pregnant, DH had vasectomy after DD. Very content with DD and DS (plus rabbit of course !!) looking forward to getting back to some sort of regular sex life though !!

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 22:03

yeh i am not sure what one of them is.... my prospective partner only seems interested when he wants and not when i want....oh well!!!

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 22:06

maybe we shouldn't spend so much time on mumsnet ????!!!!

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 22:08

I am quite new to it.... only been here a month. I used to go on lycos but ended up with lots of men wanting me to strip on camera!!!

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 22:11

me too, about a month...just looking at my timer now and I;ve already been on for 2 hrs, 13mins and 32 secs, DH put little ones to bed tonight, might have to go up myself in a minute I am absolutely knackered !!!!

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 22:12

I go to bed really late so that i know i will sleep. waiting to see if prospective partner is going to pop in. often arrives late at night.

Steppy1 · 11/03/2005 22:15

catch up again soon !!!!

figleaf · 11/03/2005 22:21

How could you buy one and it not show on the bankstatement/credit card bill? Quite interested but not sure how DH react.

TiredBunny · 11/03/2005 22:21

yeh.... take care and good luck with the rabbit!

huggybear · 11/03/2005 22:36

figleaf - if you bought one from me then your statment would just say that it was a cheque and not where it had gone too (because cheques are written in my name and i pay my ann summers account at the end of the month)

TiredBunny · 12/03/2005 01:50

i just went as bold as brass into the ann summers shop.... i even dared ask for batteries!!!
