Anyone else had problems with Nappy Needs?

I ordered some bits from them 2 weeks ago, never got an email confirmation from them, just the paypal receipt. I've sent them 3 emails this week and tried calling but no luck. Bit pissed off now, their website says that items are normally dispatched same day or next day.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and had problems both times. Not as bad a you two, but part order dispatched a really having to chase to get the rest sent.

I did get everything in the end, but I definitely wouldn't order from them again.
