Having ordered a carseat from this company a month ago I have heard nothing since they took the money despite phoning and email constantly. Now in stressful position of disputing the payment with credit card company and dealing with trading standards.

Am VERY fed up because the owner Tanya Wakeford claims on her site to be 'a mum of 4 who knows how expensive babies are'. Hypocrisy makes me Thought a 'small family business' was a good place to spend money.

Anyway can only hope i can sort this before baby is born as the seat - hauck ministar iceage red is a part of my travel system and i'm not going to be leaving hospital without one Hope this warns everyone...

on your part. FWIW I always get any nursery-related items from kiddicare.com, they're really reliable, cheapest on the net and free delivery.

Highly irritating and not what you need at this time, hope you resolve it asap. Would second NdP on the kiddicare recommendation.

Yup kiddicare is fab! Got my Britax carseat (9mths to 4yrs) reduced from £80 to £59... with free delivery just 2 days later.

on your behalf also. Bad customer service is irritating enough.... but blatant fraud is infuriating! Hope you get this sorted soon.

Another recommondation for Kiddicare (and if you're near enough to Peterborough the shop is well worth a visit!).

Thanks everyone - unfortunately kiddicare don't do that seat. Anyone know where else i might get one (where i won;t get ripped off - and presuming i get my money back )
