Baby doll - which one?

Can anyone recommend a baby doll for nearly 4 year old, she has a couple of soft bodied ones but want to get a bigger one that have a few more accessories available. I don?t really want one that does absolutely everything (IYSWIM) and want to leave a bit to the imagination.
Baby Annabell?, Baby Born? etc - haven?t a clue which one to go for!

This thread is quite old now so some of the suggestions may be out of date, but if you’ve landed here looking for a doll for your child, we’ve recently updated our best dolls page with lots of great options, as tried and tested by Mumsnet users and their kids. We hope you find it useful. Flowers

Dont get baby bprn unless you want to be changing nappies and have a doll peeing all over your carpet, baby annabel is nice.
I thought thuis was going to be about nightclothes when I opened it.

lots of choice here - if you scroll down you see a baby doll section

IMO Annabel is noisy and annoying.

Baby Born is good as long as you don't tell them that you can make it poop.

BB is able for water which is always good.
