Electric toothbrushes -- which ones get the MN seal of approval?

Ds (and by extension me) have just had a bollocking from the dentist (thanks, bundle!) for him not brushing his teeth properly. Electric toothbrush was mentioned.

What is the best product in MN opinion? Should we get one of those ones with interchangeable heads for all the family?

I know nada about this topic, so all advice welcomed.

My last dentist gave me a Sonicare; my current dentist says Braun/Oral B. My Sonicare is not really holding its charge any more, so I have recently bought a Braun.
