We have had the same nice retro shite actually very reliable two slicer for years and it is sadly no longer adequate.
I need a four slice really. Have seen a few that look the bit but on close inspection are mostly silvery plastic bits stuck on a dodgy metal thing.

Is there something actually solid and sensible out there that I can afford without mortgaging the children? (ie not ye old dualit)
