I also found somewhere a few years ago who does discontinued sets and is the official lego discounter (I was looking for Little Robots Duplo). I'll see if I can find you a link....or it might be linked from the official site.

I think those 2 sets are in the Argos catalogue.

Woolworths xmas catalogue had those in it, as does tescodirect.
If you get a tescodirect catalogue in store and get them to scan it you get a £5 off £20 voucher, and if you spend over £25 it is free delivery to a store.

Boots have a few sets on 3 for 2 but limited choice.
