Can anyone reccomend a decent bike for a 4 year old boy for christmas - around £60.

Raleigh are the best IMO. I think they are in your price range.

We got a good bike from www.bikes2udirect.com for DD's 3rd birthday, for age 3-5, 12" wheels, cost £60, called Pedal Pals. They do a good range, some cheaper, and delivered promptly (although DH had to assemble the bike, which caused much late-night swearing .
