Their customer service is second to none.

I phoned for an engineer to come out because the outer door hinge had broken and the machine won't work unless both doors are shut.

He has just been out, done a FULL UPGRADE, new computer, new door lock and a new outer door all as part of the service for no extra charge.

We have now got the the equivalent of the newest model for nothing. They have been like this since day one and engineers come out within 24 hours.

i love Dyson too - agree their customer service is the BEST!

I guess that we're not talking about vacuum cleaners? No doors on my dyson

Mind you for what they cost you should be entitled to at least one new machine along the way

i want a dyson allergy washing macine

I have a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner and would definatley buy anything else from them.

Although their products have had bad press, I have NEVER had any serious problems.

i know someone who works in a repair centre for vacuums etc, says dysons come out badly, but seebo excellent.
