So tell me about Corolle Dolls....

DD will be 10 months at xmas and wanted to get her a nice doll. Heard about these dolls. Has anyone's DD's got them? Where did you buy? And what are they like?

they are £££, but very nice. dd has this one, mostly 'cos i fell in love with the outfit . she's had it for a couple of years, she's 3 now. she did take it in the bath a lot but it did go mouldy inside (baby sam had ghostly black glow from inside his head, it took me ages to work out why... bit of dilute bleach sorted that one out). it is a soft body doll, so quite floppy - a bit like a newborn.

friend gave dd one - pretty with hair and lovely detail but vanilla scented ! Amazon used to stock them
