I want:

pref 3-wheels/easy to push on country walks

removable top bits (car seat/carry cot/buggy bit)

fit in car boot, not massively cumbersome

with a cocoon bit perhaps

Hi Dinny
The prob with 3 wheelers is that they are all a bit bulky. It depends what size your car boot is.
The Jane nomad (I think) and mountain buggy have removeable carry cot and car seat abilities. The phil & teds has a removeable cocoon and car seat ability. They are the only ones I know of and they are all bulky and heavy - it depends on how important portability is to you or if you will compromise on that. Obviously umbrella fold buggies are the most portable but by no means as comfortable for you or baby as these larger pushchairs.

Mia Moda Elite 3 wheeler- does pretty much everything you want.

How about this

hedgehog1979 · 30/09/2008 15:28

I have this and I love it on and off road, but it is bulky, but has carseat, and one seat unit which can be carrycot, forward or rearward facing pushchair
