Is there such thing as a double travel system?

DS will be 2.5 years when DC2 is born and I think we'll need a double buggy. We had a travel system when DS was little and found it really useful to be able to take the car seat in and out while he was still asleep. Is there such thing which also has a seat for a toddler? (obviously he won't need the car seat part!)
