I'm going to get dd one of these for Christmas

BexieID · 28/09/2008 07:38

I like this one and this one but don't think Tom (2.5) would play with one.

beautifuldays · 28/09/2008 07:50

we have the pink wooden elc one. both dd and ds like it

ja9 · 28/09/2008 08:12

i really like this one dd played with it in the store and loved it.

i also really like the elc wooden ones but i think the toys r us might have better play value...

MuffinMclay · 28/09/2008 14:40

I have ordered this one for ds1's Christmas present. It came highly recommended on another recent thread about toy kitchens.

busymummy77 · 28/09/2008 17:59

I do like that last one. Does it come with all three parts as on the listing it says sink or cooker or washing machine. Do you think they meant "and"

There is a lot of storage to keep all the bits in as well.

Have you got yours yet?

I also like the elc one as well.

I think (hope!) it is the washing machine, oven, and sink. The english transation is a bit hit and miss, but dh read it in German for me on their German site.

Only ordered it today. I wanted to allow plenty of time for delivery (and construction).

busymummy77 · 29/09/2008 10:56

I assumed the same.

Looking around on the internet i have decided to go for that one as like the idea of the 3 seperate units.

Thanks everyone.

Bumping this in the hope busymummy (or anyone else who has used this ebay seller) might spot it.

Busymummy - have you heard anything at all from the seller? I've heard nothing (have emailed 3 times now). The money was taken out of my paypal account but has been payed back in today.

ohdearwhatamess · 07/10/2008 16:41

oh sorry, should have said, I am (was) MuffinMclay (name changed).

busymummy77 · 07/10/2008 21:57

I decided to order it from the UK. Cost about £18 more but spoke to DH and he preferred to pay more and get it from this country in case of problems. I ordered it towards the end of last week so hopefully should be with me this week. I did contact the german ones with a question about it and they never got back to me.

busymummy77 · 14/10/2008 16:00

Hi, i still haven't got mine and have sent a follow up message today as am beginning to get a bit anxious as not received yet. Maybe it's just me being a little impatient but there listing said it would be dispatched within 5 working days and tomorrow it would be two weeks ago that i ordered it. x

curleyshirley · 15/10/2008 20:00

busymummy77 · 16/10/2008 14:06

So do I. Am getting more impatient by the day. :-)

Will keep you posted.

ohdearwhatamess · 18/10/2008 13:24

Mine came (from Germany) a few days ago. It is fantastic and I want to play with it now! Very well built and sturdy and only minimal putting together to do (popping sink bowl into a slot and screwing on the taps).

busymummy77 · 18/10/2008 15:41

Good, glad you got yours as well. THe washing machine is the only one that is put together. So we have to do the sink and cooker. Can't wait. Thanks for recommendation. x

Pintoy and Wonderworld do some really nice toy kitchen stuff made from rubber wood. Search for Pintoy kitchen dresser or Pintoy combined sink & stove on Google

Thank you!
