I always wonder, looking at it for a Christmas present so don't want it to be naff.

Anyone out there got any? Does it stain the carpet, get everywhere, drive you mad???

is this the stuff that sticks together and youcan make models out of?

If so crapola.

DD, who will make things for hours, played with it for about 30 minutes

agree with mb. Naffola and crapola. Doesn't stick together nicely.

liath · 26/09/2008 19:26

I think it's great but I do have a fairly careful dd who plays nicely with it. It helps that I have a wooden floor so easy to sweep up bits up. Dd loves the stuff (she's 3.5) but nowadays we're limited to only playing with it while ds (18 months) is napping.

maretta · 26/09/2008 19:26

Makes as much mess as real sand, drives me insane.

fullmoonfiend · 26/09/2008 19:27

my ds liked it for about 2 days. Then never played with it again. Real sand, he has played with for 8 years. Play doh and plastecine, ditto...

Didn't find it that messy tbh. Just a tad dull.

It's rubbish. And it gets everywhere.
