DS had a great toy which he loved. He's 10 months and has had it since birth, and want to replace it - but can't find it on the net! Can you help?

It was a cool wooden spinning toy. It consisted of a central wooden ball, with six spokes coming off it. on the end of each spoke was a smaller wooden ball each a different rainbow colour(the spokes kind of looked like 6 lollipops). There is a spiral painted on the central ball which looked cool when it span.

Has banyone seen one? KNow whre I can find one?

Please help!

oooooooh. bump.
cos i have no idea, sorry...

gigglewitch · 22/09/2008 00:02

anywhere close?

sushistar · 22/09/2008 00:07

no sorry nothing like it!
Imadine a bicycle wheel. In the middle, where the hub is, is a ball. There are six spokes coming from the middle, like the spokes of a bile wheel. At the end of each spoke, instead of a tyre going all the way round, there is a coloured bobble.

Ohhh, if only I could find it! Or at least a pic of it!!

Think there is a board somewhere here for lost toys (unless I imagined it), maybe try there for more responses?

ShyBaby · 22/09/2008 00:08

ohh lapin that's alot more like it! Not quite the same - imagine that without the red bobble on top, and without that wider bit at the bottom. And that one looks like the rainbow beads are attached with tring, wheras ours had wooden spokes. But definatly the right lines! I'll scour that website...

I SO HOPE we find one! He loved it so much!
