Told you it was dull.

I need 2 btw.

Will the 498 one be too hard for children?

I think with mattresses you really need to check them out - any chance you can do this?

No, they are both on the Argos site.

God, who'd have thought mattress buying would be such a minefield.

I personaly would get the best that you could afford.

My sister bought a bunk bed from argos for her 2 boys and the standard mattresses that come with them were rubbish.

GroovyChic took the words out of my mouth -buy the best that you can afford.

Cheap mattresses are uncomfortable, lumpy and last no time at all.

We've just bought a new double for our bed and OMG I have never slept so well in my life -we went for the higher no. of springs option in that range. It was more expensive but worth it IMO.

well, after all that ordered 2 differnet ones.

I think the 498 spring one would have been to hard (especilally for ds4) and looking at others the 198 one had the same amount as ones more then twice the price IYSWIM.

I got 2 for £165 in the end.

I spentthe night on the sofa with ds4 so I bloody well hope a bed makes a difference to his sleeping....
