Any ideas where I can get some - ideally in age 2 to 3 but if not age 3? Need them for school but in M&S, JL, Adams they only have red and blue or black.

boy or girl? they had girls in H&M today.

chipmunkswhereareyou · 15/09/2008 22:40

boy but given they've got to be plain it probably doesn't matter....

Tesco. And they're buy one get one free atm

Reginaphilangy · 15/09/2008 22:41

They're velour though ...

glastocat · 15/09/2008 22:42

Penny's /primark.

Mamazon · 15/09/2008 22:43

Primark do them in grey and im fairly sure they start at 2-3.

Ds has a couple of pairs for garden and a pair for PE. they wash really well considering they are about £2 a pair

swampster · 15/09/2008 22:46

I've had them from Marks in the recent past in that size. They call them joggers and they do one grey pair, one navy. But they appear to be out of that size at the moment. Sorry.

Reginaphilangy · 15/09/2008 22:47

Ooops sorry - the tesco ones are for girls. I only have girls and clearly assume that everyone else does too

swampster · 15/09/2008 22:53

Gotcha - DS has these in navy from Next for school they are LOVELY - didn't realise they also came in grey - and size 3!

chipmunkswhereareyou · 15/09/2008 22:56

Bit of a spanner in the works - the Next ones looked perfect BUT they are for 98cm height according to the size guide and ds is really quite short - maybe only 92cm - I guess I could turn them up though....and they'll last longer. But then again knowing him they will be even huger on the waist too - think I'm going to have to find some in age 2 to 3.

But surely three is age 2 to 3?

swampster · 15/09/2008 23:03

Turn-ups? Needle and thread . They ARE lovely.

chipmunkswhereareyou · 16/09/2008 09:10

Swamp - problem is the Next ones start at age 3 only so there is no 2-3. Going to go to Tesco this am to see if they have any.

Sainsbury's have a 2 pack of black and grey. Be careful with the black though - they leak colour the first time you wash them.

WowOoo · 16/09/2008 09:12

American Apparel do some for kids in grey.
I have some in brown for ds and they're very cosy.

sameagain · 16/09/2008 09:31

Chip My Ds's had the next ones too I had the same problem re the length, but they shrink the first time they go in the tumble dryer (like most jersey stuff) Only the first time, so after that you're fine.

chipmunkswhereareyou · 16/09/2008 09:36

Thanks same - useful to know - will get those ones if Tesco don't have any.
