Mutsy Rain Cover

Hi, I have a Mutsy 4 Rider and have the Urban rain cover - The one in the black round bag.

I cant get it to fit the seat when its facing you. Anyone else had this? Do I need a different rain cover?

Ps I have the seat flat as dd is only 3mo and is getting too big for the carrycot.
