Any good toy garages for a 2.5YO car fanatic?

My DS will be 2.5 at christmas and he loves cars! I want to get him a toy garage but I can't find one under £40!

He already has the fisher price little people one but he is bored with it because it doens't do much! Can anyone reccommend a good sturdy one?
