NIpper 360 double - help!! got a question!!

Just got a 2nd hand nipper 360 double from ebay and when they clips are undone at the back to lie them down they seem to have their heads lower than their feet?
Am I doing something wrong??

Hello, only just spotted this. Yes, when my kids are lying flat and I have unclipped them I think that their heads look perhaps slightly lower, but I think it only looks this way because of the slanted seat. I don't think they actually are lower. You could try leaving it clipped and just adjusting the straps until they are at their loosest?
