Great gift idea - for people who like word games

I bought Bananagrams (approx £15) for my ILs who raved about it so much I have now bought it for us.

Played it last night and absolutely LOVED it. Prefer it to Scrabble because:

  • No pen/pencil/adding up
  • No waiting for other players as you play independently (you win by using up your tiles before your opponents use up theirs)
  • You can re-arrange any words already down
  • Game doesn't last too long
  • More fun!

DS (7 yo) also enjoys playing with me (we play the solitaire version together and time ourselves) - so obv educational too.

Well, Christmas is fast approaching!

we have this and it's great! dd - almost 7 - loves it. only trouble is getting time away from her younger siblings to actually play and not mess up the game

You're welcome

More players = more fun! I'm going to have to resurrect my games nights....
