Has anyone bought glasses from an online site? Any good?

After a load of old pants and faffing about in Tesco's opticians yesterday (), I've been looking online for glasses.

They seem much cheaper, but I've never bought glasses online before. Anyone done this before?

Ah that's one of the sites I've been looking at. Thanks Hana

I've ordered three pairs for my dd - I'll let you know when they arrive!

She was promised a very stylish pair when she had to start wearing them all the time - but chose 3 wacky pairs for the same price as on epair of Miss Sixtys at the optician.

I can't believe how much cheaper they are!

Just bought some for my Mum for £18 and they're perfect. You even get a solid case and wipes in the price too. I'll be ordering all mine online now, as the last pair I bought from Optical Express cost £250!. Optitians are such rip-off merchants, and you have to put up with the snooty snales assitants too!

I did, and I can see through them, but chose a pair that were a style that didn't suit me, and were the wrong size, so have never worn them, and never will.

My fault, I know, but I didn't really understand the sizing.
