Has anyone got an electronic book?

What're they like? Would you reccomend them?

Am tempted as I'll be commuting again on the tube soon and they look very handbag friendly!

There was an interesting article about e-readers in The Sunday Times. As I thought when you buy an Ebook for your reader you won't be able to share it with anyone or read it on a different reader. Also they different types of reader are not compatible with each other, so if you have a Sony reader you can only buy Ebooks from Waterstones for instance.

That really is interesting, especially that the kindle will be launched in the UK - thanks Bran.

Think I'm going to hold fire for now!
