Girls Mac/ Raincoat with Hood or All-in-one Wet Weather Gear?? Where to buy?

Hi,
DD2 will not let me put the raincover on her pushchair. She hates it and screams.
I am looking for a solution??
Any ideas as she got soaked this morning on the school run.
Please help?
