can anyone hellp me with the wheel on my Jane pushchair?

I have a Jane 3 wheeler that I recently bought, but I have found that quite frequently the front wheel 'wobbles' and I have to stop completly to get it to run straight again.

Any suggestions?

How do mean wobbles?
If you turn the little black knob situated above the wheel 90 degrees it releases the wheel to move about rather than stay fixed. Is that what you mean?

Thanks everyone, I've just have a look through previous threads and it appears to be a common problem. By all accounts if I tighten the lower bolt under the flap that will fix it... I've had a fiddle, and will see what it is like when I do the next preschool run, if not then I'm off to ask my friendly local bike shop
