Can anyone suggest any good places to shop for children's shoes in Exeter or South Devon?

We live outside the UK and children's shoes are even more expensive here(!) so we need to go shoe shopping next time we are visiting.

I had no idea that that Clarks village was so big. Not sure that we'll make it there, but the other suggestions are definitely a help
