I use Viking-Direct as they do a lot of their own brands. Not always the cheapest though. Might be worth checking.

I bought my bargain Robert Dyas laminator (on Davros' suggestion I think) for £19.99 last week and bought 100 A4 pockets for £10.00 at the same time
