Difference between a P&T E3 and a Sport?

I am looking to get a 2nd hand one on Ebay but is it worth spending the extra on a Sport model or are they pretty much the same?
What has the Sport got that the E3 doesn't?

yep I couldn't do the sport brake in my flip flops!! lol. What about the dash though? That is out the end of nov I think.

looks like you can buy it now at bambino direct very nice too

Baby is due 6th November.....so if I go overdue for a week or so (I did with DS) I could manage with a sling until the Dash could be delivered.
