maclaren volo wheels

OK so the volo is on its last legs (ha ha)

the tyre kept falling off one back wheel, dh lost it in Sainsburys, now the wheel is worn down. The tyre on the other side is starting to do the same I think.

Can I fix new wheels on?
Any idea as to cost of them?

I know a repair job will not be worth while it is DIY or new pushchair. The rest of it is fine and I only need another few months!
